The Ties Between Us

Three blossoms share the same space, yet each seems to tell a different story. Two white flowers bow under their own weight, the red one opens fully, and the purple bloom reaches upward. Their stems cross and intertwine, connecting them in ways that are not immediately visible.

I was drawn to these different states of being. They remind me of how people move through life at different stages, each following a personal path while remaining connected to others. Nothing stays as it is, yet change does not necessarily mean separation. The orange, resting alone beside the glass vessels, adds another quiet presence to this arrangement.

What holds these elements together is not uniformity, but the space they share. Perhaps that is also what makes human relationships both fragile and enduring.
